HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by sending us an email with your name and order number at contact.izlastudio@gmail.com.


HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
You can use your discount code at the checkout page.


CAN DISCOUNT CODES BE COMBINED?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.


MY DISCOUNT CODE IS NOT WORKING – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are trying to use more than one discount code at the same time, they will not work. If you attempt to use the 10% discount code more than once, it will not work. If you are still experiencing issues, please email us at contact.izlastudio@gmail.com.


WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your order number will be sent to you in a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have trouble finding it, please email us at contact.izlastudio@gmail.com with your name and email address, and we will assist you.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We offer store credit for all unused items, except for items purchased on sale. We accept returns for all non-sale items, except swimwear. To process a return or exchange, follow the step-by-step instructions on our returns page.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In rare cases where your package is damaged, we are happy to replace the item or issue a refund. Please submit a request through our returns portal and upload a photo of the damaged item, and we will get back to you the next business day. A photo is required to process a replacement or refund.


MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
At checkout, our shipping protection program through Route is automatically added to your cart. Unless you manually opt out, your package is covered, and you are eligible for a full replacement. For steps explaining how to receive a replacement, go to our "Shipping" tab.


MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package has been returned to us, it is most often due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout. In such cases, we can reship your package once the additional shipping costs have been paid and the original package has been returned to us. If an incomplete address was provided and we do not receive the package back, we cannot offer a refund.


DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Customers are responsible for taxes and duties. Make sure to understand the specific taxes and duties for your destination before ordering.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team at contact.izlastudio@gmail.com. Remember to include your name and order number in the email, and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible. In rare cases where you receive the wrong item, we will happily send the correct item free of charge along with a return label for the incorrect item.


WHEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
We ship packages Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Denmark.


WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
All our prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to the country you are located in.


DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card under the “GIFT CARD” tab on the homepage.
